het hotel was netjes en goed bereikbaar. personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. er was alleen in de omgeving niet veel te doen. personeel Siraj was echt aardig en behulpzaam. onze kamer was heel netjes en schoon.

We had an excellent stay at the Atana. The entire staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Assisting in helping us with places to go and transportation. We stayed here a week and was so convenient to get around either by taxi or the train 2 blocks away.

First thing was a horrible breakfast and dinner. We had a half board and waiting so much breakfast and dinner. There were so many people, quality of the food was poor and too less staff. We had visited there about 6years ago and the hotel and food was perfect and versatile. What is happened to the hotel. Sorry, i cant recommend this for you. 2/5 *

All staff were great. However our fridge was not working. Eventhough we asked for it to be replaced we got told it cannot perform magic. Hence the low score for facilities. In warm climate you need a fridge that keeps drinks cool.

아타나호텔 5박후기
호텔로비는 넓고 깨끗합니다. 룸 컨디션은 괜찮으나 조금 좁은 느낌입니다. 여러 몰과 연계되는 버스는 많은편이며 약간 외곽이라 동네가 조용한 편입니다. 지하철과는 1km 정도 떨어져 있어 좀 거리가되나 교통이 나쁘지는 않습니다. 부르즈할리파 까지는 7정거장입니다. 지하철역까지 걷기 싫은분들은 연계된 몰에서 타셔도 됩니다. 수영장은 깨끗하며 스팀사우나가 있다고 되어있으나 화장실 한쪽에 위치한 좁은곳이라 이용하기 어렵습니다. 한국처럼 생각하면 안됩니다. 주변에 마트가 많고 치킨을 먹을수 있는 식당이 2곳 있습니다.

Great location and fantastic staff
The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Overall a very pleasant experience and great location. Didn't really use the free shuttle, wish there was one to Dubai Mall although it's metro accessible.

We only stayed here for a single night, but after specifically asking to put a card on file for incidentals (the room was paid in advance), I was disappointed to find that various staff members, from room service to breakfast INSISTED on cash or card payment at the time of the transaction. This resulted in some back and forth until colleagues at reception intervened and asked the outlets to post our charges to the room. The hotel lobby is well done and a rather lively place. The rooms felt dated and a bit tired but were clean and in good repair. Breakfast on a Saturday morning was busy. With an influx of guests arriving just before breakfast closed at 10:30am, I expected a longer extension of the breakfast timing… that was not the case for more than 10/15 minutes…. During which the food was allowed to dwindle without being refreshed. Go well before 10am for the most options.
