Enjoyed our stay at Canal Central. Just be careful with employees who provide incorrect information about excursions and taxi rides. The try to earn money behind the back of the management. And taking a taxi from the hotel is way more expensive then taking an original taxi in front of the hotel. Furthermore we enjoyed our holiday!

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Located in the city and is close to the Dubai mall and many restaurants! Staff was really nice and place is clean and the rooms also! Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed there just over a week and the restaurant was poorly managed by the assistant manager who so rude and not guest friendly.

Very unhappy with our stay.
Don’t get the Suite if you would like to have a nice view. It’s sad that you are paying more for a bigger room when in fact a smaller room has better views and for whatever reason the hotel cannot inform you that the pool, bar and restaurant will be closed because of preparation for an event. I am sorry but I am very unhappy about my stay and it’s not acceptable that customers can’t at least be informed that amenities aren’t available during their stay. The concierge was great but the rest was so not worth the money we spent, especially for a 5-star hotel.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at Ramada. The room felt outdated, old. The lighting in the room was quite dim and dingy. The shower was not up to the mark and there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations, making it difficult to recommend this hotel. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star, I would rate it as a low 1 star. I want Expedia to give me reimbursement for my bad experience , as we paid 27000 INR for 2 night we could have easily spent another 13k and got four seasons , trident or Sofitel and get a real five star experience Do not recommend this place . As the premises need some serious upgrade to call it 5 star

Truly amazing experience. While checking in, they offered a complimentary juice which was refreshing as you come in from hot weather. Then I was provided with room earlier than the check in time so went straight into the room which was great in itself. Plus the view you get while going up or down in the lift is just awesome

The hotel was a lovely place to stay, excellent pool food and rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and linens were the best and softest I've experienced. Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant.

저렴하게 스카이라인 감상용 추천합니다.
드라이가 저렴해서 맡겼고 서비스는 좋았는데, 세탁을 외주를 써서 리턴이 느리고 세탁물이 바뀌었었습니다. 그 외 호텔의 기본적인 서비스 다 해 주셨고, 수영장 좋고 부르즈할리파뷰 좋습니다. 다만 현재 뷰에 공사중인 건물이 있어 뷰가 좀 껩니다

This hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area, shopping and other attractions. The pool area is very nice with views of the Burj Khalifa. There is a variety of food to choose from. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We met a lot of staff, some I cannot remember their names, but thank you to Binu, Sampath, Joesph and Issam!

Hôtel super pour toutes ses fonctions : - Chambre : très fonctionnelle très confortable et bien équipée. - Propreté : jamais vu un hôtel et un pays aussi propre - Accès : très facile et épicerie à quelques pas si besoin - Personnel : tous les membres de l’hôtel sont incroyablement gentils et je n’exagère pas. Mention spéciale pour les voituriers qui sont au petit soin jour et nuit, notamment Joseph qui nous a marqué par sa bonne humeur.

a good hotel for activities in Business Bay Area. good breakfast and rooms were adequate. Needs to update the electrical plugs from British standard to universal (EU(US/UK) standard.

Very good views of the city skyline
Very good stay! I had to upgrade my room because I was under the impression city view meant looking at the Burj Khalifa but it didn’t so I paid a little more to see the Burj Khalifa from our room. The rooftop was so nice and relaxing with the bar accessible. I will say you definitely have to get a taxi to still go anywhere since it’s not right next to everything in downtown. Overall I’d still stay here at this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located downtown. Excellent variety at breakfast and lovely setting. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at this property!
