A Truly Comfortable & Convenient Stay!
We had the pleasure of staying on one of the newly renovated floors, and let me just say, the updates were stunning! Our room was thoughtfully designed, featuring two twin beds, a daybed by the window, a sleek and modern shower, and plenty of seating including a desk area.
Breakfast each morning was “chef’s kiss” delicious with a great variety. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Kite Beach, which has the clearest waters and soft, pristine sand. Just a heads-up, the shuttle runs on a set schedule, so arriving early is your best bet to grab a seat. They even provide towels and a beach bag, such a nice touch!
One thing that really stood out was the staff. We checked in late and everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and considerate. Because we had a super early 4:30 AM flight, they kindly packed us breakfast to-go. It’s those small things that really make a stay memorable.
We also felt very safe walking around. Starbucks was just a short three-block stroll away. Plus, the hotel is in a great location close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and only about 25 minutes from the Gold Souk. Transportation was super easy: Ubers are available, but taxis right in front of the hotel tend to be cheaper. You can pay by card and get a receipt. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again.
