"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."

"Refrigerator didn’t work. QR code provided for appliance instructions didn’t work. Had to figure out how the hot water worked. Provided a stained duvet for couch pullout bed. Replacement linen was provided, but it was sheets, no blanket, and no pillow cases. Also, the linen was dropped off inside the apartment while we were asleep. We found that quite odd."

"Good experience for the price which was super reasonable. Staff at the location were so helpful. Very secure and in a good location also. Plenty of amenities if needed - gym/laundry room/work space etc. "

"We were surprised by the check in process. You have to collect your keys quite far from the apartment. So plan for a delay to use transit or a two-way taxi fare. The apartment was dirty. Mould in the closet. The beds were terrible (one like an air mattress & the other was hard as a board). The pillows were so used they were hard packed. The air freshener system is needed because a sewage smell came from one bathroom. The photos used to advertise the unit were not the same as the unit we stayed...

"There should be a door to the toilet/ shower not a shower curtain . The water is slow to go down drain from shower so you have to go toilet with water on the floor .you should be able to open the door nearer to the kitchen as there is no extrator fan when cooking this is a health and safety issue "

"Stayed from Aug 15 to 22, but I left partway through. The property guide talks a lot about security, but upon arrival at the building, the two people who handle check-ins were absent, but a complete list of names of people checking in that day on a table in a public area. Also, they did not check the ID of people checking in, even though emails stressed how seriously they take security. The communication sounds professional, but don't be fooled. This place is run by clowns. The room was covered...
