"We booked airport pickup through the unit. A taxi picked us up from the airport, took us to the office for key pickup, then the taxi took us to our flat. The office was a 10-15 min drive from the flat, so this was very convenient. Highly recommend taking advantage of this option. They told us to leave the keys in the apartment which was convenient. "I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."
