So when I first arrived, I had this property down as a one star: it was really out of the way from the city center and my wifi wouldn’t work. However, after a while this place really grew on me.
First, I resolved the WiFi issue by simply turning off my VPN and was never kicked off the network after that. Next, I discovered that the bus system into Dublin— and the airport for that matter— was virtually trouble free. Yes, it would be nice to have been in the city center, but this was the next best thing.
Now, where this property really excelled was in its customer service and facilities. The kids at the front desk were very helpful, particularly Kate, as the staff pointed out when, where, and how to catch the correct bus throughout my stay. As for the facilities, this place had it all: a wonderful convenience store, a thriving food court, and a small bar with reasonably priced beverages.
So aside from munching on delicious fresh sushi every night, this place also offered a welcoming atmosphere that reminded me of my old college days. Given the opportunity, I’d stay here again. I only took off a star for the distance from Dublin proper; other than that, it has a five star feel to it
