Service in restaurant really poor. Had to request dessert menu twice. My daughter’s dessert failed to arrive - had to request 3 times & was offered a beer instead of her dessert. Bedroom had no air conditioning."

"The restaurant and concierge staff were warm and friendly, which we much appreciated. The room was nice snd quiet and beds were super comfy. Mother Reillys was a real treat as well. Very convenient using buses to the city center as well. I highly recommend a stay with them. Will be back again!"
