"While much was out of the hotel's control, we did not really enjoy our stay. The room was very tiny, and the rooms do not have air conditioning, so it was probably 90° in the room most of the time. We were unfortunately facing the main Fleet street, and therefore it was very noisy outside until after 3 a.m. A fan was provided, without which we surely would have melted completely. The "refrigerator" is actually just a "cooler" so didn't help keeping anything cold. The bathroom was nice,...
