Tìm Lodge tại Duck Hill

"The breakfast was good The shower water was broken which was very disappointing The room tv remote wouldn't turn on TV. I ask for a new remote and it still didn't work. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone as the price was to expensive for the service."

"Not good"

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil de Judith. Elle nous a fourni tout ce qui nous manquait. Cette femme est très chaleureuse et sympathique. Par contre il y avait des clients très dérangeant qui s’engeulaient dans le passage près de notre chambre. Le bain et la toilette n’était pas propre du tout."

"Very friendly staff and clean rooms."

"The floor was oily. You could feel it on your feet and see your footprints everywhere you walked so we had to keep our shoes on. The used coffee filter from previous customer was still in the coffeemaker. The shower was VERY slick but there was the option of a mould covered suction cup mat. The coffee in the lobby was cold. Exterior looks good but rooms are not well maintained. Very small towels. Bed was hard and the bed linens were clean but dingy. The air worked well."

"The rooms were updated and modern, with laminate flooring, which is a huge plus, as I cannot do carpet due to dust allergies. Staff was exceptional."
