"How to begin? So many things wrong! Poor services and front desk take forever to answer the phone. Also, the front desk has no customer service politeness. The first night was a disaster! When I was putting away the trash under the sink a big cockroach said “hello” to us! The apartment desired cleanliness, especially the floors, very dusty and crawling little bugs. The bathrooms were missing hand soap. The kitchen was missing kitchen towels, stove mitten. The first 2 days was useless calling the...

"This place was extra ! The houskeeper left beautiful creations with the towels , everywhere . It made us all smile . Attention to detail was everywhere. They left the best goody bag in all the air bb s we rented . Great location . I’m definitely coming back !"

"There was an annoying sound all night I think from the AC. Check our room 336 bc it’s super annoying that sound all night. One of the night lights did not work, to get ice you have to go downstairs. The noise AC, last time the TV was in Spanish mode and super complex just to find a local channel."

"The staff was amazing and did what they could with what they had. The building need some upkeep and the air conditioning needs to be fixed for the restaurant, but besides that the stay was very pleasant and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay the best that it could have been. I would most definitely comeback again to visit."

"What a great place. Clean room, nice pool. They have bikes and kayaks included in the stay. They also have a boat ramp and dock. Everything was easy and perfect 👌"

"Inexpensive location to stay in Marathon. The room was cozy with air conditioning, and a living room with a table, kitchen, tv, and couch. No front desk but we were able to check in ahead of schedule. Quick drive to the middle of the Key where there were most of the restaurants. There was a bar walking distance. View of 7 mile bridge from property and Isla Market right down the street."
