"Thr room was clean, the staffs was ok one staff working the desk was rude and disrespectful. Breakfast was ok. Staff working the bar was excellent and went above and beyond to serving the customers there."

"Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay."

"Buffet breakfast was good, beds, A/C great. Salvador at the front desk was quick and super friendly. Unfortunately, no cups or glasses in the room, and the shower had such poor water pressure as to be unusable for washing hair."

"Bathroom was a little dirty and looked like it was used due to the water droplets left in the tub. I wish there was more of a selection for breakfast, there was a choice of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and plain Cheerios, bread and banana; but honestly not that big of a deal because the best part of it all was that I felt SAFE! As a single woman traveling alone the atmosphere was calm and I wasn’t bothered by anyone."

"the exterior looked great untill you stepped into the room. first off the kitchenette with full fridge is very nice. most just have the mini fridge.and that's just about all the positive i can say. the floor was dirty your socks looked like you had worn them for a year. then the kitchenette didn't have any utensils nothing the hood light. stopped working and just was not clean. then i noticed black dots on and in the bed, floor, walls etc. i was told they were bed bugs. it was an...

"Smelled like moth balls when you stepped inside the elevator had an extremely strong order of marajuania the room smelt stale and there literally cockroaches crawling on the wall after sleeping for 3 hours exhausted from being at hospital near by with my father. My 73 year old mother and I were furious told front desk I was only offered another room and said they can’t control who rents a room!!!"

"I arrived around 10pm, the room that was given to me was dirty. The comforter appear to have cigarette burns, sheets had stains, there was a small dot of blood on one of the sheets due to the small size I would think it was probably from a bed bug, the blood stain was fairly small and round. very old fashion room. carper dirty, there was small pieces of papers on floor, where no one had vacuum the carpet. I had to leave minutes upon arrival due to room conditions and requested a refund. toilet...
