"Excellent customer service, fast check in. The staff took good care of us. However the room ac wasn’t working; they were so accommodating by sending breakfast to our room as well as by giving us late check out. The restaurant’s food was amazingly good and the waiter was so on point with his great service. Thank you for making the difference if it wasn’t for the staff it would be a different experience. "
