"Worst night This is the first time in my life I’ve stayed in a hotel room with such poor soundproofing. I can hear everything from the room next door—even the sound of people talking and sneezing. What’s even worse is that the people next door didn’t go to sleep until 1:00 AM. I never want to stay here again."

"Went to check in only to find one person working and a line of people complaining that rooms were not cleaned before checking in new guests. Was told to come back around 4 when check in was at 3. The waterpark was great! But was told it was only open until 9 and would be closed the next day. We had no remotes for either tv in the room and didn't have control over the air/heat in the room. Only 1 elevator worked. No breakfast options. Nothing was open like the Snack Shop or restaurant in the hotel. Overall disappointment and won't be back. "

"It has a huge indoor resort setting with an indoor pool, tables, chairs & lounges. Very nice & fun. It seems to be set up for large gatherings like banquets & company parties. Clean, comfortable with a free hot breakfast. The only negative is the highway road noise right outside the room windows. It is so loud you can hear individual trucks driving by. Suggest you bring ear plugs."

"It was clean and the breakfast was excellent. However, the heater in the room was so, so loud that my family couldn't sleep. In the end, I turned off the heater in the early morning to sleep and slept in a cold room. This is a very tiring and terrible experience. "

"I asked for a quiet room and I literally heard nothing my entire stay. So comfortable and slept amazingly. Staff was great and so helpful. "

"Yes shuttle was easy to find . But we were told because we booked through a third party we have to pay for the parking ( the whole reason we booked the hotel ) stuff were ok the lady at the counter did try to help but next day hotel charged a whole different amount than was told . So don’t book this hotel through a third party app or company instead call them or book on their website instead so you won’t be surprised like we were . "

"Had bed bugs. Left the property as soon as they were found, now they’re not cooperating with refunding my money. Absolutely ridiculous, would stay ANYWHERE else. Personally will bring my tent next time as it is much nicer"
