"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."

"Staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Yonkers was comfortable. The property looked clean and reception staff was very helpful. There was a foul smell in the hallway near my room. When I reported it, they took care of it immediately. The room was inviting, however there is a sign in the bathroom that says they only clean every other day. I stayed 3 nights; and no one ever cleaned my room. The shower appeared clean, but there was buildup on the caulking that came off after I had a shower. It...

"This is not a "smoke free" property. Your clothes will stink like the drugs from other guests. Despite the signage claiming the property is smoke free, the staff does not take this problem seriously. For the past week, they let the guy below me smoke weed all night. It's so bad it wakes me up. I've even seen housekeeping on his floor while the hallway reeked of his smoke, and they didn't do anything! I called the front desk twice about him hot boxing my bathroom and they don't care. "The entire hotel reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. We had a non-smoking room, but the smoke seeped through every crack around the door. There was a boisterous party in an adjacent room that kept us awake well past 1 AM in spite of contacting the front desk more than once. The mattress was very thin and hard and there were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. The property is pretty nice since it's new, but it'll be rundown in no time. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else."
