"Room was clean, bathroom was nice and spacious with great pressure. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I had accidentally booked for 1 guest and needed for 2. They proceeded to reprimand me, instead of letting me know what I needed to do to make the change. They charged me for a second guest and finally let us check in. Which was my error and I was fine to pay this additional fee. Then we asked for assistance scheduling our shuttle to the airport. But all they said was we should have booked days...

"A great hotel in a really good location, its a fairly easy walk down to the beach and ferry but there is a top car park access to the town so you have the best of both worlds. Swimming pool is a welcome facility after a day of sight seeing, the lining is a bit stained around the edges but it seems welll maintained and clean."

"The Royal Continental Hotel has an excellent location with a spectacular waterfront view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the hotel itself feels quite dated, and the décor lacks the beauty and luxury I was expecting. During my visit, ongoing construction made the environment noisy and took away from the overall experience. While the views are wonderful, I wouldn't choose to stay here again."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Daily Napoli. Es ist eine wunderschöne, ruhige Oase inmitten des hektischen Neapels. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit (danke noch mal für das Kuscheltier!), das Frühstücksbuffet war total lecker und außergewöhnlich (selbstgebackene köstliche Kuchen), die Betten waren extrem komfortabel und die Ruhe war himmlisch! Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch das Viertel, in dem das Daily Napoli liegt. Man kann zu Fuß vieles erreichen, hervorragend essen...

"The hotel is set close to the waterfront and it was the better area to stay. At night it was safe to walk around. Rooms were clean but noted bathrooms were in need of better lighting and ventilation."
