"This was a great experience, I am finishing my second masters and this was a great place to be while working at University of Durham. If I had known it was so nice, I would’ve booked a longer stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I set off the fire alarm using the toaster and they were very patient with me. It was a little warm the only thing that could be a benefit is a fan."

"This property truly is a 5 star. It is clean and modern with all the required amenities as well as lots of detailed extras including welcome gifts and robes to be used during your stay. Chris was an absolutely amazing host with attention to detail and was always available to offer assistance and answer our questions. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. The location is amazing with quick access to the university and the walking path along the river as well as local shops and sights. ...

"The cleanliness of this apartment was substandard, dirty bedlinen which was stained and had other people’s hair on it. Very smelly unclean drains in the bathroom which kept us awake at night it was so bad. We had to clean the plug in the bathroom sink as it was full of black mould which washed into sink every time you put plug in. The carpets and sofa were dirty with stains, presumably from other peoples dogs? We couldn’t use the sofa it was so bad, no throw to cover it. Spider webs covered the...

"We arrived at the property with no check in instructions. When returning hours later with the check in details, we did not feel safe in the area. The large window would not close and nothing was done about it. We left and stayed else where They have refused to refund us. DO NOT STAY HERE"
