"The common areas were clean. Our first room had a bug crawling on the bed. Possibly a bed bug. The staff member at the front desk quickly got us into a new room."

"This was the greatest stay from Simone at the front desk to Bill the manager and Noll (?) also at the front desk. The electrician who guided us to Netflix so we could watch a movie on our account was wonderful also. The room was immaculate and even included a bar of soap and moisturizer which seems to have disappeared these days giving way to secure bottles attached to the wall. The breakfast was surely better than most with spinach quiche, turkey sausage and turkey bacon. Lots of choices...

"I’d really like to give a good review simply because the staff was great. Every person we encountered was kind and helpful. That, unfortunately was the only positive. The hotel is very rundown and needs to be completely renovated. The lobby and elevator smells, the carpet is gross, a live roach ran across the floor the second we opened the door to our room. (I will say that was the only live bug we saw during the stay, but still, not a good first impression.) Only had housekeeping once for a...
