"In close proximity to many interesting sites and places. Close to the sea front. The hotel just gets the simple things that many other hotels surprisingly don't. These include having a dining area to eat and having drawers to put your clothes (instead of on the floor like I had to in the last 3 hotels I stayed in. Reasonably priced and definitely value for money."

"The space is modern and clean. Nice queen size bed, good kitchen setup, excellent modern bathroom with a decent size shower (yay!). My only complaint is that I couldn't get the temperature regulator on the shower to work properly. It would quickly get scalding. I found one of the house keepers and asked her. She had to investigate, but then later kindly slipped a note under my door explaining that I had to turn the bottom handle clockwise, that it was just sticky. I tried that, but it didn't...

"Was exactly what I needed, a place to stay for one night. Wasn't expecting ‘private bathroom’ to just be a sink in the room and a shared toilet but it was fine for one night."

"Great location easy off road parking which is free from 5pm to 9am and all day Sunday. Great host easy assess no thing was any trouble"

"The Beachside is an excellent choice for anyone going to Redcar. It’s exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I’m booked again for Blam Blam next year it’s such a great place to stay A+++++"

"Really lovley area, check-in was easy and Jay was nice enought to let us drop our bags early so we could explore newastle. Of note, due to train strikes 2 of our trains were canceled or skipped the Cramlington stops so keep an eye on that if you make any appointments that rely on public transport."
