"I usually like fancier places, but Ogunquoit was really expensive for the weekend, so I booked here thinking “whatever, this will fine”. It was actually really great. The staff were all super friendly and the location was about a mile walk to the heart of downtown. It’s not a high end place, but it’s really well located, clean, and friendly. I recommend it."

"Smallish rooms but well situated at the beach. Restaurant had nice views, great service, decent food, well priced. Looking forward to our next visit here"

"The place was clean and the location was nice. The room view was pretty sparse, had to lean out to see the water But there was a community deck with lounges at the end of the hall that was really nice, we used that a lot. Rooms on the even side have a much better view. All in all it was a reasonable place for a few nights."

"I always rate my stays by the quality of the breakfast. Protein or no protein. This place had yogurt and cream cheese but no eggs, bacon, or sausage."

"This was a very nice stay. The property was very nice as well as the employees. I felt safe no matter what time of day and enjoyed the area due to convenience. Although you can purchase a continental breakfast for convenience, I would like to see more selections without so much sugar like the cereal."
