"Even with the ongoing labour dispute, the hotel was clean, friendly and comfortable. Getting onto the property was relatively quick despite picketers holding cars for 5 mins and letting 5 cars in at a time. The concert venue is conveniently located as is the gambling floor."

"The hotel is very small ,only two floors. Not like any Hilton I’ve stayed at before. It seems like a recent Reno so was clean not worn. The breakfast was a standard continental. The staff were friendly. Our first day of a three night stay no one came to make beds or pick up wet towels. I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning and she was apologetic. When we arrived back later that day around 4 pm again room not done. I had to find a housekeeper and we then waited in the little bkfst/ sitting...

"The location was perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room had a smoky scent to it despite the fact it was a non smoking room. It could be from the empty tin with cigarette butts sitting outside the patio door not to mention the many beer cans that lined the patio doors by our room. Other commenters mentioned the breakfast as mediocre. I have to agree. I did not eat the food yet my family mentioned the eggs tasting funny (my guess is they were powdered eggs)...

"Nice business hotel. Had everything we could need."

"Stayed on a busy Thanksgiving Weekend. 2 nights. The property is aging but upgrades have occured and all well maintained and clean. VERY nice staff and decent choices for breakfast. Very comfy bedding. We would stay again without issue. Not a 4 star but a well run clean 3+ with a big room."
