"The facility is clean and well maintained. Room is spacious. Staff are helpful and friendly.
It's extremely convenient for travelers as it is located directly at the airport, there are various choices of catering services, some are open till 10:30pm, which is far beyond expectation in Germany."

"We had to wait in line around 30 mins to check in. It was during a popular group’s concert, but this was a residency and they’d had multiple (5) shows prior. The hotel should’ve probably figured out how to manage the check-in rush by that point. The room we reserved and paid for nearly a year ago had a kitchenette, but the room we got didn’t have one. When we asked for another room, we were told that there weren’t any available. When we questioned them as to what they planned to do to make it...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Achenbach. The hotel has a unique design in line with the style of the property. The room was very clean and spacious. I was very surprised to see a walk in wardrobe. I believe the limited photos of the rooms don’t do them justice. We didn’t expect such a large room when we booked!"
