We always stay here an Oberkassel is one of the best areas from Düsseldorf, top quality to top prices, small problem only, that the hotel bar was not open during our stay

Great rooms, well laid out and very comfortable. Some complimentary soft drinks provided in mini bar. Shower was strong and hot. TV allows you to stream your device. Great facilities, some bar games in reception, a barbers, and a nice restaurant. Only downside: parking charges were excessive (€28/night) and not clear prior to parking and checking in. Recommend if you park there for a few days to speak to reception to get it connected to your room, after which they will validate the card as much as needed.

The breakfast buffet was nice. I couldnot eat the scrambled egg because it had butter in it so the lady at the buffet made me fried eggs. I didn't even asked that was extremely sweet of her. The room were clean and I had to iron my clothes so they gave me iron board and iron All in all very nice stay. And the nicest service staff❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stayed here for the Medica Trade show. The hotel is 15 minutes to airport and also close to Messe and Alstadt area. Trains are a short walk and you can go almost anywhere in Dusseldorf.

Top destination!

The room was absolutely spotless, lovely soft towels and sheets, very tidy and clean. From the check-in to the check-out the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exeptional, especially the scrambled eggs and the lovely bacon. I can totally recommend a stay here.

Hotel is new and clean, staff is nice. Not too far to take bus or metro, though I took taxi most of the time. Make sure your taxi driver understand there are two Me and All, or he would definitely take you to another one. It was a pleasant thing to visit some supermarkets nearby, very interesting.

I liked the stay and the Rom, but the breakfast was expensive and the personel lacked refilling the food, and removing used dishes from tables in the eating area. They were not observant enough. But Nice Hotel.

Very uncomfortable hotel. Ridiculously expensive for Tiny space and low quality breakfast. The design is a terrible disaster. Over priced for everything…. Staff is not able to help refund for unused nights….

It took the clearly overworked staff 50 mins to check us in it was not much of a line, maybe 6 parties before us, but the system obviously did work efficiently. We ordered a room with one kingsize bed got a room with two beds. The room is not soundproof and the trams outside are very noisy. Windows closed meant a warm and stuffy room, windows open meant noise.
