"My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Laurel for a few nights. The front desk/staff were attentive and helpful and the property/rooms were super clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice selection for breakfast as well. We loved our stay and had a great time. The only thing that I want to mention (but isn’t the hotels fault) is that there are a lot of inconsiderate people who slam their doors without consideration to others who are staying at the hotel. Unfortunately for us the loud door slamming was throughout the night or early in the morning so we didn't sleep much."

But the real star and pro about this property was my experience with the staff. The staff were professional, kind, and accessible with great communication, patience and customer service, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."
