"Nothing really"

"The rooms were very clean, and there is plenty of parking. The pool hours are kinda restrictive and the breakfast could use some more variety, otherwise the staff was wonderful and very kind."

"The room and bed sheets were dirty, drain in bath tub was clogged and would not go down. I told receptionist to check and fix the issue. When my family and I got back nothing was fixed nor a change of bed sheets"

"I sometimes stay here after coming back from a late gig. The staff are always helpful for handicapped people like me. Rooms are very clean, and everything works in the room and you can park in front of the room which is very helpful for me."

"Convenient location with easy access to DC. Can walk to casual dining place like TGIs. Only thing disappointing was morning staff around 10am weekdays don’t answer when you call front desk. Went down in person and sure enough lady was there just didn’t want to work I guess. Extended my stay, room hasn’t been cleaner in 3 days, let’s see how long they’ll keep it uncleaned."

"I absolutely love the property; my only hang up was the pool. The water was cloudy which made me not want to swim. And besides housekeeping throwing away my food I didn't finish ( i was upset about that) everything was great! BTW the crab cakes at the restaurant were on point!"

"The hotel was clean and maintained well. Hotel rooms were very nice and included full fridge, microwave, stove, etc. It had a feel of an apartment style hotel. We were provided with good customer service. Only suggestion is to sanitize/deodorize hotel elevator. It has an unpleasant odor in there."

"Although the room is a good size and the bed was comfortable the cleanliness was not great. Found lots of hair in the bathroom and shower, ice bucket and tray were very dusty, dirty towel on patio. Tried reaching the front desk multiple times by phone and going to the desk and no staff was present. Pool hours are terrible, open at 10 and close at 9. Hot tub jets are loud, no towels, again nobody answered at the desk, pool had lots of white floaties and hair. Lots of printed random signs all over...

"The front desk employee was behind a plexiglass shield which tells you what type of neighborhood the hotel is in. I will say this, if you are one of those who feel that they don't need to follow rules or play the "disrespected" game, this is not the hotel for you. Bare minimum is what this hotel has to offer. The room was as clean as it could be after people traipse through the room on a daily basis."
