"The hotel is ideally located for exploring Liverpool City. Breakfast was very good and substantial. Our room was basic but clean and had a nice view over the Albert Dock. Top score for us was the genuine friendliness of the hotel staff. To a person, they could not have been nicer."

"Great three days in the hotel. We were greeted at reception by very friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was large and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking the docks.
