"Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly with a great location. A little difficult to reach staff before check-in time (11am), but this doesn't take away from the overall experience significantly in my opinion."

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"The apartment was a very good stay. It was spacious and as described. The location on a pedestrian only street is great and I loved the shower. The bed was fairly comfortable but not the best I had had on my trip."

"Furniture in apartment living area was not comfortable. Sleeper sofa was pretty tired for lounging on, chairs not relaxing. Lack of carpet/rugs made it pretty sterile. Kitchen was well-equipped, though we didn’t really use it. Second bathroom had no door and weird step-up for access. Shower was over the sink, so we didn’t use that one. "

"Very well located close to parking, shops, bars, cafes and all major attractions. I booked the 'Junior Suite', it was spacious, well equipped and clean"

"Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available "
