"Good location not too far from Lime Street Station. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. No street noise to disturb our sleep. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great with quality toiletries provided - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash and and body lotion. An excellent self service breakfast was included with plenty of choice. Hot food was hot and everything' was replenished regularly. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay again."

"Welcoming staff and in house restaurant was very good. Easy access to central Liverpool and the Liverpool Lime Street station. Room was a good size and clean. Only down side is the bed is very soft/jelly-like and difficult to get out of-- especially given we were in an accessible room. Otherwise, great experience!"

"The staff were so, so efficient, helpful and friendly, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They work extremely hard. The room was warm, comfortable, quiet and spotless, as was the bathroom, and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, and one night my companions had dinner there, and said that was also very, very nice. Central location but extremely quiet. We would most definitely stay there again."
