"Really clean room, minimalistic in design but nice. Comfy bed and lots of space. The shower was really good. Breakfast is pastries and coffee, but very good. Staff friendly. Ideal city centre location in the Liverpool One shopping centre, but you don't hear the noise. Parking is a 5 minute walk away in the Q car park, the hotel offers a discount once they confirm the booking. We have stayed here twice, its very good, we will be back."

"We have stayed here before, and the decor, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff were just as good. We had an issue with a noise in our room, but on reporting to staff in Reception we were offered ( and moved) to another room straight away. Breakfast times were busy, particularly as our stay coincided with the Grand National, but all staff kept a good sense of purpose, making sure that everything flowed as smoothly as possible. "The hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff helped us check in early, and were very informative about the area. This is a great location, with everything you need within easy walking distance. The aesthetics of the building are classy, and the bar area, and breakfast dining, area are enjoyable places to just sit and relax. The rooms are luxurious, and very well equipped. Ate short stay was fantastic, and next time I visit Liverpool, I will have no hesitation in staying here. "

"Very clean and tidy apartment and communal areas. Lift available- we were in first floor in room 3, living room was very overlooked from other apartments with no blinds so had to pull curtains which took away all natural light. Bedroom has blinds which were perfect - need them in living room as well. Good size apartment and comfy bed lovely big walk in shower, toilet was very noisy as had a maserator function this went of randomly which was a bit annoying in the night. Good value for its...

"Good size apartment and very clean - beds very comfy and lovely big fluffy bath towels. Decor is very basic and the rooms are missing soft furnishings or something to soften them as feel very bare and a bit soulless. Excellent location but we were on top floor and no lift it was very difficult with cases etc. Very noisy first thing with the bins and beer deliveries but to be expected when in a highly populated hospitality area. Well worth the money though."
