"We upgraded to executive suite. Room was great. Unfortunately, pool was closed and drained during our visit. There for 3 nights so disappointing not able to use the pool."

"It was close to my client. Reasonably priced, didn’t interact much with staff in the couple of days I stayed but nothing was over the top. Average place, dated furniture but all good. I have no complaints there. Couple of things, pillows were rock solid not sure if I was unlucky and no sheer curtains while my room literally opens to parking lot. I had to blind the room for privacy. That’s was annoying for sure. Can’t have the sun in without exposure!"

"Couldn’t sleep due to noise our room was near elevators and there was lots of noise coming from people that are staying next to us. They were up all night"

"Everything was great except the heat wasn't working but they brought a space heater and that worked well."

"Clean and nice room"

"Kids were running through the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Kids are kids, but after notifying the front desk, nothing was done. The gym was also full of unsupervised kids, so we couldn’t use it. We missed our prepaid breakfast by just a few minutes after being woken up early, and the restaurant refused to serve us. The front desk simply handed us a business card and told us to call with our complaints. Very disappointing customer service."

"the pool opens at 9 am and closes at 9am so my children were pretty sad because they were unable to use the pool. It would be nice if it was open from 7-10"

"The room was clean but there was no plug for the bathtub. The breakfast was disappointing. At 9am the chafing dishes were almost empty and the food was cold. The lobby was very nice."

"This place is a maze. Unload luggage etc onto a trolly and check-in. The lobby sort of sits between the 1st and 2nd floor. Hard to explain. Head down a long hallway and have to unload trolly, carry everything down a flight of stair to another trolly. Then must proceed down another very long hallway, turn right to another hallway to use the elevators and now proceed to the 2nd floor! Like a 10 min from lobby to the room. If you use the side entrance to take pet out, it had to be by 10 pm or...

"Room is clean, modern, but not enough drawers to organize clothes."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel could use an update. The carpets in the hallways and rooms could use an update. The outdoir pool looked nice but the weather wasn't good so we didn't use it. It was nice to have a coffee maker in rhe room."

"The hotel itself was very quaint. The dining room was nice and the food for dinner was very good. However, if you don’t have a vehicle the hotel is far from any amenities and the room although very sweet did not have a fridge (microwave or ant extras) which I find useful so I can buy lactose free dairy items. The breakfast was very basic and although not expensive was disappointing when dinner was so good."
