"Some things were broken in the room (outlets, fan in washroom), the gym was not as advertised (things were broken, water was old, only one treadmill, etc), the building was hard to find my way around, the location is sketchy, the walls were so thin I woke up from noise throughout the night even with ear plugs, if you want to switch hotels you don’t get your money back, and there’s no place to fill up your water:/ would not stay here again!"

"Though there were some highlights of our stay, such as a good breakfast, a couple helpful staff, and the property being fairly clean, the negatives outweighed the positives. Upon arrival, (15 minutes after the check in time), we were informed our room still wasn't ready. They had to move us into another room. The person helping us was clearly overwhelmed, and it appeared the hotel was short staffed. The staff member gave us towels (which we had to take outside to drive around the building to get to the entrance of our room), because he didn't believe even this room was cleaned for us. We also had a bad experience in the pool area with a group of teenagers. The hallways were always quite noisy, and you could hear it all in the room. Overall, this was a pretty mediocre hotel, one of which I would not stay in again."

"This hotel is an older hotel which is fine, however: No hot water - over 3 days - we did not have one hot shower - cold water every morning and shower head that screamed Food boxes and empty plates from the breakfast and other meals left in the hallways for entire days. Swimming pool was very nice - however, at almost all hours of every day from opening until close over the 3 days we spent there it was full of kids and parents. Maybe our luck was bad but it was very hard to enjoy as the kids overran the pool - the hot tub is a smaller hot tub and at one point we had approximately 12 kids climb in with us shoulder to shoulder forcing us to leave. No Blankets - our room had sheets and a bed spread comforter which was not very warm and the AC is constantly pumping regardless of what the temp is set at - I asked the cleaning staff if we could have some extra blankets - they said they would put them in the room - when we returned - no blankets, so I called the front desk and made the request - after much discussion they said they would send some up - we received one blanket as they said they don't have any (its a hotel - how don' you have blankets) Cleaning the room - every three days in the name of 'green energy' - more like keeping more green in your pockets as you dont want to pay cleaning staff - so our room was cleaned once out of our three day stay. The breakfast was decent, the staff was friendly and kind - the hotel left alot to the imagination we wont be returning."

"Upon checking in, I was told the room I booked was having a “maintenance” issue where a door had fallen off so I was given another room. The other room was beyond gross, and smelled of dust and depression, not properly swept, random cigarette burn marks and copious amount of dust/debris down in the baseboard heaters. I went back to the front desk and told them I would not be checking in and would like a refund. They of course hid behind their policies and refused. The best way I can describe this entire property is “lipstick on a pig”, where the lipstick is from the dollar store, and the pig is about to die. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! Spend a little more and get a room from practically anywhere else."

"Room was clean, 2 of the three elevators were broken at the time we were there. Absolute wild chaos in the pool and waterslide with young kids from sports teams. Almost no chaperones by parents and every rule on the board was broken. The staff seemed to have zero ability to maintain control. Morning breakfast was good, appreciated the Starbucks coffee."

"Have stayed here many times before, they just had a revamp of the property and an excellent job they done. Room was excellent with the jacuzzi tub and the breakfast bar was awesome !"
