"So very disappointed after staying at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar at the weekend. The hotel is in fantastic location in downtown Philadelphia, good size room and clean. However due to the heating and cooling sounding like a rocket taking off in our room 609, every few minutes throughout the night, we practically got no sleep. We also never felt the room temperature change more than 1 degree. After spending over $400 per night on the room and the reception staff allocated guests to this room is incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, at check-in we felt something was off. Don’t waste your money and stay somewhere else where you can actually get some sleep."

"Noisy Room! The heater or ac kept making loud banging noises waking us up all night! Front desk is kinda useless. Room overall is nice. The pullout sofa couch was dirty crumbs and definitely not clean."

"Room was clean…a/c wasn’t that great but we had traveled all day and went to an NBA game that night so we crashed out when we got back and the lack of a/c was the last thing on the mind! Staff that we encountered were super friendly… Parking is a nightmare!!"

"We LOVED this hotel - super clean room, comfortable bed, and amazing location so walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. We loved that it was connected to the mall and our kid was a huge fan of the puttshack (great food, family friendly and of course the putt putt courses!)"
