"Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login).
Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

"First time booking here sosuite at the onyx the apartment was nice and clean when I got there checking was a breeze walkable to places good amenities like washing machine combo in the bathroom and there was a kitchen and a full size fridge tv too they had rooftop forget to check the rooftop. all in all my stay was great I couldn't pick a better place to stay in would definitely go back here on my next stay in Philly."

"The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date. "

"I truly advise spending a bit more money and staying elsewhere. This is beyond a ‘you get what you pay for’ type of experience. The worst issue with this entire experience is that the cleaning crew was not made aware of my late checkout that was verified and came into the room without knocking as I was undressed.. Before my arrival I asked about an early check in and was not given a clear answer so I was waiting outside the property for a response as there is no type of front desk which is fine...

"Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!"

"Expedia was fine. But this property was very fair. It was managed by Capital Hotel. A VRBO.
I tried to call Capital Hotel before check in .. no call back. I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted.
