The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful. The ice maker was leaking all over the floor. The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting. They cleaned our room only once in 4 days."

"I didn't like the fact that I had to wash my clothes with a credit card was the only way that I could pay it and the machines were noisy and loud. I don't consider them well maintained. As far as the room it was an older room. It was clean. I did not like the fact that 3 nights in a row that the cars got broken into windows smashed out. "Check in took over 30 minutes and we were not compensated for the delay on their system. It was very late when we checked in but I asked for the hours of the pool and breakfast and the attendant told us the hours for both. Come to find out in the morning that the pool was closed for construction and there was no mention of this or a sign stating so. "The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs."
