"I have no clue where all these great reviews are coming from for this place. As for the staff I can assure you they do not treat you like royalty or a guest. From the moment I walked in to the office and up to the front desk, a gentleman yelled at me for my ID which I handed to him. He then told me I had a balance due of $91.70 and I shook my hand and over my mouth to speak at which point I was interrupted before I could even state that I paid through expedia. He kept showing me a paper and pointing where it showed I owed... Well, it showed where another customer owed. On a different room. I tried to tell him again that I didn't go through the site they had but I had Expedia. He finally grabbed my ID and then held it to the paper and that's when he realized he had made a mistake. Rather than apologize or be any sorts of friendly, he's simply slid my key across the desk and told me I was in room 111 it was on the south side. And then he walked away. He was absolutely rude and had zero customer service manners let alone any customer service experience I believe. Follow that with a dingy room, a really gross chair that I swear was from the 40s still residing in the room and was disgusting, the fresh rule of toilet paper in the bathroom was ready to roll but was crinkly and dried like it had been wet. I removed it and it was completely yellow. So somebody pissed all over it and let it dry and that was okay to just leave there for a fresh roll of toilet paper to be used. All yuck."
