"Clean room, clean hotel overall, front desk plus room maids were excellent, carts for baggage readily available, bonuses are the casino for fun and entertainment."

"I stayed there with my family. We were four. The room was very clean, except for the sofa bed, which you could tell was old and quite used because of the marks on it, though I wouldn't call them stains. It was comfortable-ish. The washroom was clean and with enough towels etc for all of us. The room didn't have a microwave though, which was missed. The staff was not bad! So a very good experience!"

"Room was clean. Great location and free hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, milk, yogurt, coffee etc). Went for a hot tub one night, wasn’t super hot but it was clean and did the trick! Hallways were louder in the second half of my stay (Thursday/friday) as a hockey team and a couple big groups were coming in. They also have big bottles of dove Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion so if you’re traveling with a carry on it makes it easy. About a 10-15min Lyft/uber to the airport!"

"Staffs are generally very helpful. Appreciate whilst it's not a 5 star hotel, it's very new & clean inside the room. I agree that we may not need daily cleanup but would be good to throw away rubbish & change floor mat in bathroom everyday, especially when the room is occupied by a family of 3 or 4 persons. Thank you & it was a pleasant stay at your hotel :)"

"Loved absolutely everything but its property. People that work there were all very helpful kind and considerate. The property was clean tidy beautiful restaurant excellent food, gorgeous room lovely patio. Loved it all highly recommend."

"It's very conveniently located north of Toronto with immediate access to the TTC subway across the street. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff. We opted to extend our stay by two days. The breakfast is great and hotel seemed very quiet. The only criticism, if there is one, would be that they need to update their televisions so visitors can sign into their preferred subscription sites. A second waffle maker may also be beneficial. It was a great stay overall."

"Every thing was great about this place except that loud ac unit in the room. How can anyone sleep in this room with the loud ac noise?"

"I love the room that we stay,super spotless just concerned about folding bed couch when we open it found some crackers ,food crumbs on the of bed ,should be vacuum or clean.so far super nice hotel"

"Room was clean and neat. Bathroom could have had glasses for rinsing and taking medication. Overall room was great. The breakfast could have been better. Needed to be hotter and offer more meat like bacon or ham and hash browns or home fries. They offered precooked scrambled eggs or cheese omelettes with sausages. I don’t like sausages so I did without. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"It was great really. I have a thing about hair and unfortunately I did happen to come across some but it’s probably more of a me thing so it’s excusable. Would I stay again? Absolutely! Easy drive, close to all the things I like to do. Clean and the staff were lovely."

"The front clerk was on the personal phone, speaking punjabi we waited for 10 minutes before he attend us. Washing machine not working. coffe machines were super cold"
