"Love the character of opulent hotels like this one. The room was spacious and felt decadent. Loved the breakfast buffet. Could’ve stayed a lot longer if I didn’t already have travels plans lined up. Hope to return soon."

"When i got into bed, it quickly became apparent the sheets were not changed. The bottom sheet under the blanket was stuffed down by the foot of the bed. No housekeeping on site at 10pm so after several calls and visits from the houseman, i finally got a complete set of sheets and pillowcases to change it myself."

"I only saw the parking lot (which to my astonishment cost $17.00 for overnight parking), elevator, front desk, lobby,and my room. Nothing else. Checked in at 5 PM then checked out at 7:00 AM. Room was on the low side of adequate meaning it looked worn out. First, carpeting showed wear - snags visible. Bathroom smelled faintly of “number 2” so to me it indicated old or bad plumbing. Showerhead had little volume of water coming out meaning most of the water was coming out of bathtub spout rather...

"Too crowded - forget about using the pool and relaxing ! Water was gross with so many people - location is great though - area is safe - people were nice it’s just too crowded for my lifestyle. If you are in your 20s you should be ok with it ! But as a 40 year old professional this hotel is not for me . Service is slow too but I guess that’s how Colorado is ! Slow motion"
