"One of the two elevators was out of service during our stay, and the wait time could be up to around five minutes, which was somewhat inconvenient. The parking was valet-only, and we sometimes had to wait for a while as well. "The location is nice and it’s in a really nice upscale area. However, it’s definitely not worth how much we paid which was insane. The pillows had marked on them which we had to ask to be changed. The towels and sheets were not white they were clearly used quite a bit which is normal but there should be higher standards. People were nice. Valet is a bit expensive and no other parking "

"Tv was dark a colors were mixed together. No apps except netted, in today’s world almost all hotels all you to log into your own app, but not here "

"Generally, everything was generally above average however, the sink in my room was cracked, and there was some sort of leak happening by the air condition return which was making the floorboard abnormal to walk on."

"Ravin and check in was super nice, but property was rough. Homeless outside and the police drive through to check for issues. The room at first glance was worn but looked clean. after further looking the tub was rough and crumbs and hairs on the sheets. "

"Adding to my review here. We have now been staying here for a couple of months, the rates go way down with weekly and monthly stays The place is set for a long stay and is a studio apt. I never stay anywhere that makes me uncomfortable, and I have been here for a long time, because it feels safe and everyone is really nice. If I am still here, it must be good."
