"I love Hyatt but this one fell short. The floor in our room was dirty when we arrived and was never swept during our stay. Spills in the lobby and towels in the halls were left most of the day. Coffee and shampoos were not restocked the next day. The staff was nice but had an overall “I’m so bored to be here” attitude. Not a horrible experience but they could do better."

One particular hotel employee (Asian in appearance, usually starts around 11 or 12pm, and works on last computer closests to wall) was frequently observed with having an attitude when approached with questions, interactions with guests, or to purchase snacks and drinks from the small store. "I booked this hotel for a two night stay when visiting for a concert at Red Rocks with two other friends. It had a moody and stylized 70s vibe to it that was really unique. The staff always made sure to greet us when walking in any entrance and coming out of the elevator. We didn’t grab a drink at the bar or dinner at the restaurant, but wish we had cause it looked really fun! I’d book again if I visited Denver. The street is going through some construction right now however, it wasn’t an issue...

"Really awesome experience including friendly staff. Nicole greets you with a smile. The chef/owner wows you with the most yummy breakfast in the main dining! The facilities are charming and well kept for the age. The location is extremely practical for navigating downtown Denver. 10/10 recommend!! Wish we would have discovered this spot for our entire trip."

"Clean Room and great vibe. However we couldn’t even get into the hotel at first. There was no one there at the front desk and the door was locked upon arrival. Most of the time there is limited staff during the day to help. "
