"This was my first stay at a Drury Hotel and, unfortunately, it may also be my last. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff I encountered in person were pleasant. However, my experience after checkout left me very disappointed. I noticed a pending charge of $47.43 on my American Express card that I didn’t understand. "Clean hotel which was appreciated. Nice lobby. Dated rooms that are poorly redecorated. Smelled like pot. Cracked sink, holes in bathroom walls from previous decor, and a hole in the carpet in our room. Pool had a hairball floating in it. Fine for a quick overnight, but not a vacation hotel. Luckily we were there for a quick stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay there, I am truly grateful for the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing, I did have to wait about 6+ minutes on clean plates to eat at 8am and breakfast hours are not over until 9am."

"The property was clean & the staff was very professional, however when it came to housekeeping, i requested that my bed sheet be changed, I guess im so used to the old way of doing things, such as i shouldn't have to request that you take the dirty towels & replace them with clean towels being that your already in the room replacing the sheets, so FYI when putting in a request make sure to request everything you need while they are there."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff! AC unit fan was a bit loud, not sure if it just needs a filter cleaned or a little fix. Bathroom layout is interesting, a bit of a squeeze for an average sized person."

"I forgot what the staff told me when I had that came in for my reservation, but he told me my rules was two size queens beds and I ordered one king size room as bad service. I’m not shopping with y’all no more."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel was undergoing construction, which created a lot of dust, noise, and general disruption throughout the property. The elevator was also not working at times, making it difficult and uncomfortable to navigate the building. These conditions significantly affected our experience, and we do not feel the hotel should have been operating normally without clearly informing guests beforehand. We would not stay here again under these circumstances."

"Breakfast could have been a little longer. I missed it prior to my cruise, but some of my family members went. I was told that food was running out and there were little options. I really appreciated the shuttle to the port and the ability to park my car on the premises while I’m on my cruise."

"Great staff and location. It’s a busy stop so expect crowds at breakfast. I thought the pool area was dirty with the fake grass; it had a musty smell to it. The pool cleanliness is questioned; so many people in it so often I think it would be hard to maintain proper ph levels. I steered clear of it!"

"The owner was extremely accommodating! She and her pup were great company. She even let me check in a tiny bit early and drove me to the airport due to losing my phone during the trip! 100% recommend staying here, what could have been a horrible stay due to being phoneless worked out great thanks to Kim!"
