"I spent a week in Dublin and only experienced this at this hotel: hotel restaurant staff told me to sit anywhere and then ignored me for 20 minutes. I had to order food from bar where they asked me where I was sitting which seemed like an easily solved problem if they had come wait on me. There no signs indicating that one had to order at bar. Leaving airport signage is unclear where to stand to get the shuttle “outside terminal 2.” Wander around enough and you’ll see a sign indicating one has...

"The hotel itself is very good...very quiet place..did not use the Spa but looked impressive. The breakfast was really good, I also dined in the 'Terrace' also good. Only thing was the 'Sadlier' bar was closed (on a Thursday) which I thought was strange given the hotel was fairly full. The room was very spacious , a little dated decor but nice nevertheless. I would return here."

"Excellent room and excellent hotel..good restaurant. Breakfast was v good with lots of fruit and usual chill English all buffet. Highly recommend this hotel...only issue is leisure club is bit walk away. The place is clean throughout n even during our stay the cleaned the fountain."
