"Very new and clean with a beautiful view of the water. Damage from the Cyclone was still impacting the pool but that didn't change my view that it is a great place to stay. A little further out from the main area of the Gold Coast which was perfect for us. We were doing the GC Half Marathon and the hotel was 900m from the start line which was awesome"
"Very happy with our stay, staff members at Reception and Concierge were very friendly and helpful. We requested for early check in with paying abit extra to upgrade room as our flight arrived very early and reception staff was helpful to assist with our request. The bedroom was very spacious with great views of Brisbane city and looks newly renovated. Bedding was excellent, so comfortable and bedsheets so smooth, we had a very good sleep due to good bedding, very happy with the bed.

"My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and style.
Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot — close to train station, Restaurant, The Grounds, Supermarket, etc. Yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep.

"Excellent location close to the airport and local train station for travelling into Sydney. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Good breakfast choices but be aware that the restaurant and bar close in the evening at 9.30pm. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a good selection of toiletries. The shuttle bus to the airport is quick and good value. "
