"We booked a one-bedroom unit as a couple with two small children. The one bed plus a cot would have suited us perfectly, but instead the living/kitchen area was taken up by a second large double bed (sofa bed). It occupied most of the space (around 70%), making it difficult to cook, dine, or properly use the living area. The bed also wasn’t easy to pack away, so we didn’t bother. "Nice location. close driving distance to shopping centre , friendly staff members, very clean rooms easily assessable ,only down side was noisy aircon unit had to turn off ,also shower screen leaked like a sieve water all over the floor , and for a 4 star hotel when you pay the big Bickie to stay there they dont supply you with the essential Bickies, also no plain black tea , you get that supplied at the lowest star hotels ."

"The only concern was there wasn’t a receptionist always available on weekends. As a traveller from out of country I count on receptionists to help me find my way around. When she was there she was excellent. No other concerns very clean and well looked after. "

"Room was tiny, queen bed squeezed into space with no room to have anything else, not even enough space to place clothes or table for coffee and tea making. mini fridge was on the floor under television. I paid for a one week stay, but had a sudden death in the family and had to leave after one day. NO REFUND WAS GIVEN. Will never stay at this place again."
