"Our hostess was wonderful during our stay - friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities offering superb value for money . The aspect of the property was delightful - gorgeous views all round. Highlight was breakfast - delicious and cooked to order supplemented with wide range of cereal and fresh fruit. "

"The property was very clean and all of the staff were so friendly and polite. The facilities are great wish we had a longer stay to be able to utilise everything. We will definitely be returning. The only criticism I have is that the decor in some areas and in our apartment was quite dated. But that isn't a deal breaker"

"Stayed at the old dairy for 2 nights in June. Lovely stay, very accomodating host - made us feel very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and spotless. Overall a wonderful stay."

"We had a very friendly welcome and stay. Breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable and because it is a countryside location, it was very quiet. Both Kate and Rambo the dog were great hosts."

"I’m was actually thinking of giving a bad review to ensure this wonderful place wouldn’t be booked out all the time. Seriously though, we’re definitely going back- comfy bedroom, modern bathroom, spacious living area, and a kitchen that rivals mine at home for appliances and equipment. The breakfast was very tasty choices were plentiful, and my gluten free request not a problem. "

"Lovely place, just out of the town centre. Craig was really welcoming on arrival. I stayed in the Oak room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom area with a rainfall walk in shower. Free parking was off the road in front of the building. I couldn't ask for more. Perfect for the weekend away."

"Lovely accommodation set in a very scenic location. Site in charge was very helpful and accommodating clean premises and very well equipped property."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Durham House Hotel. Communication was great from the moment it was booked to the arrival day. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, car park, places to eat and drink. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large soft towels provided. Lovely choice for breakfast, good quality food and nicely cooked."

"Wonderful welcome on arrival by the owner, Sue. The room is lovely and big with a large bathroom, it's spotlessly clean everywhere with beautiful decor. There is a little fridge in the room with milk for hot drinks, a nice touch. The breakfast each morning is superb with the best eggs we've ever tasted (from their own chickens). We have already booked for next year at the same time. Highly recommended."

"What an absolute find this B&B is, Lisa & Dean are really warm, and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, fantastic breakfasts and evening meals, a lot of little extra touches that make a big difference, like fresh milk for your room and big bath towels ! Really comfortable beds, lovely linen, topped off with a sea view. We’ve stayed in places all over the world, and this one left us smiling and working out when we can go back. Forgot to mention the homemade flapjacks in our room 😁"
