"We’ve stayed in the past, this time it seemed off. The room kind of had a smell. This bed not as good as last year at this time. Maybe just an off day."

"Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"When we got there I had u knowingly ordered a smoking room. The smell as we came off the elevator was horrible. As we found our room two cigarette butts Kay in front of our door in the hallway??? That was shocking. The staff was on top of things and put us on a different floor in a clean smelling room. So my only problem I guess was with housekeeping."

"I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down"

"The hotel is older but still in good condition. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was also quick. They offered us a trip bag when we checked out with goodies we would need on the road...i.e. water, snacks. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from with workers checking on the food and keeping it well stocked. There was plenty of food to choose from. The pool looked clean and inviting...

"What a hidden gem! Stunning and spotless property. So many things to do, hiking, camping, boating, relaxing, there is a huge pool and hot tub on the resort property. The cabins are more secluded but not far, giving you privacy and everything you need. The desk staff were just so friendly and helpful! The view from the balcony and huge room upstairs in the lobby is stunning! I cannot wait to go back! The restaurant is not open every day, depending on how booked their hotel is so make sure to...

"Hotel was remodeled. Nice view of the river, but the floor in the room still had crumbs and water bottle caps. The inside of the bathroom door had handprints everywhere and looked like someone had spilled something on it ??? Sheets had small holes and the comforter looked like it had stains on it. Made me question how well they washed everything. Had I not been so tired, I would have asked for a different room or for them to do a thorough cleaning the next day. I hope the hotel can invest in...

"Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. "

"I stayed 2 days the first day the room was clean. When I came in after leaving that morning. I came back and my bed wasn’t made the trash wasn’t taken out. No clean towels, the floors weren’t cleaned. I stayed Monday night left on Wednesday morning. The person that was supposed to clean my room had the gull to ask if I would give him a tip. I told him I didn’t like how my room was. As for the breakfast that was a joke too. There wasn’t anything stocked up to eat. On Tuesday morning I went out at...
