"Nice staff "

"I have stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn. I will never return. I booked this hotel as I am a big fan of Hilton hotels. Their service is always flawless, great breakfast and wonderful amenities. When I booked this hotel , I thought I knew what to expect. I needed a nice hotel to recover during the day from an eye surgery in the am. Fast forward, hotel is in a major renovation , which is causing significant noise during daytime , and construction workers in and out . One of the 2 elevators is prepped for workers going up and down. The breakfast was not served but instead paperbacks were stacked on a small desk in their small lobby . Ready for pick up by guests . The bags were filled with cheap, pre-packaged breakfast items like muffins, cookies , apple sauce . The highlight were prepacked slices of apple. And this morning, no warm water in the shower !!! They should close and do their renovation instead of ruining the image of a hilton hotel. "

"Not Bad very nice and clean no complaints "

"The staff was rude and arbitrary. The hotel accepted our reservation and upon arrival informed us that they canceled our reservation. There was no notice and they left us out in the cold. While waiting in lobby they threatened us with police. Bad group!"

"There look like there was blood stains on the chair and one of the washcloths was dirty, but Shirley, who was the bartender at the bar was absolutely amazing."

"Never again! There was not one staff member that went above and beyond. The neighborhood is scary and the parking situation is horrible. If you need to park you have to pay about 60 dollars to leave your car overnight. That is a rip off because guests at the property should at least get a discount. Will definitely not stay here again. "
