"Disappointed by the hotel. The staff were delightful and very helpful and the views from the rooftop terrace were good but it was not of the standard we expected of a luxury hotel. There were not enough power sockets in the room (none by one side of the bed), no mirror where you could do hair and make up, no extractor fan in the bathroom which meant the mirror steamed up so badly it couldn't be used and the magnifying mirror was too high. "Wonderful hotel in a great location in Gerona old town. Everything is close by and easy to walk to. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly too. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of foods. I loved all the fresh fruit! Located on a corner it is easy to find, however, a few extra lights outside the entrance would be helpful."

"Our stay at this hotel was just one night and we were impressed. It is centrally located, the service is excellent, the tapas in the roof terrace lounge are the best. We would stay here any time we are back in the region. The parking is very tight, but it works. They also have first rate facilities for cyclists."

"The pool area and a spa pool were a pleasant surprise and added to the value. A bus stopped out side the hotel that brought you in to Girona, I had forgotten to note the bus number and had to get a taxi back, cost was 35 euros. Note taxis are a short supply in Girona late at night."

"We had a change in our travel plans and had to find a hotel for the night. This was the most reasonably priced in the area and we chose it for the price and the pool for our kids.
The hotel is quite old with older rooms, but well maintained. Their pool is the highlight of the property. They actually have a lot of amenities on the property with the pool, tennis court, play area for kids, though some amenities are older and were not usable.
It seems like it is a family run business and the woman...
