"★★★★★ We had an amazing stay at Novotel Shanghai Clover! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made everything smooth for our family from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect—very close to Shanghai Disney, which made getting to the park easy and stress-free. The hotel is especially great for kids, with fun play areas that kept our child entertained and happy throughout the stay. The room was extremely large, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality pillows, sheets, and mattress—perfect for relaxing after long days at the park. The breakfast buffet was excellent—lots of variety and plenty of options for both adults and kids. Everything was fresh and well organized. Another huge plus: stroller rentals are available, which made our Disney days much easier. The hotel also offers convenient shuttle service to Disney, the airport, and nearby train stations, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations. Perfect for families visiting Disney—highly recommend!"

"Extremely happy with this place! Definitely made for children! My daughter was just so happy the place is big, has an adorable little playground area for the children multiple little play things for kids around the resort, ride on cars for children, and the best part an adorable pug doggy that just loves everyone and plays with kids. The staff is beyond helpful and resourceful, very kind and accommodating and truly a great experience thank you will be back! "

"Very clean property with free airport shuttle although not super convenient as it’s once per hour. We just missed the pick up and didn’t want to wait a whole hour for a 10 minute taxi ride. Good breakfast and accommodating staff. "
