"1 Star – Very Disappointing Stay
Stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis this past weekend and had a very poor experience.
Upon arrival, the bed sheets were dirty. We contacted the front desk and were told clean ones would be brought up, but after waiting over two hours and calling again, nothing was delivered. We ended up having to go purchase our own sheets.
The WiFi—which was a major reason we chose this hotel—did not work at all during our stay. We were told someone would come assist, but no one ever showed. Calls to the front desk were repeatedly answered and disconnected. The next day, we were told it would be working soon, then later told it was completely down. We had to rely on a personal hotspot, which caused issues with work and added cost.
To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off for around two hours late Saturday night, making it nearly impossible to get rest before an early morning.
Overall, very disappointing stay. Poor cleanliness, lack of service, and basic amenities not working. This was far below expectations, especially after confirming these details prior to booking. Would not recommend."
