"It was close to where we needed to be but I will not stay here in the future. Our room was next to the elevator and stairwell, with people coming and going at all hours. We realized this might be a problem and asked for a different room. We were told no because we had a more expensive room and they wouldn’t switch us (only for a room for the same price). There was a party downstairs the second night that went until 1am. We were glad we brought earplugs."

"Hotel was mid. We got there 15 minutes before check in time and they wanted to make us wait to check in. Ive never been to a hotel that couldn't accommodate a very slight early check in. They stated it was because they were not done stocking a mini bar. I don't drink alcohol, especially overpriced mini bar alcohol. We tried to call the front desk twice and no one answered. Breakfast is $20 per person and you're in NYC. Why would you pay $20 for basic hotel breakfast when you have so many...
