"I’ve been staying in this room for 2 days, and the shower water still isn’t draining properly. The bathroom gets messy, and overall the room is not clean. The receptionist was also not helpful when I raised the issue. On top of that, the room was completely different from what was recommended and shown during booking. The only thing that was working is air conditioning.
Overall Very disappointing experience."

The manager was not helpful and not accommodating of us asking for extra towels and actual clean covers and that the housekeeper didn't clean.
While not their fault but the elevator was down.

"We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable"
