"I was supposed to have a walk in shower due to hip issues, I was not given a room with a walk in. Bedding had stains all over it. Pubes in all the towels. We checked in late due to a wedding we attended so complaining once we arrived to the room was a moot point. I pack single use sheets for emergencies like this. We utilized the in house breakfast for purchase, very very slow. Took 45 minutes for avocado toast and a breakfast bowl and was $30. We should’ve just gone up the street to Starbucks, McDonald’s, or Dunkin. "
"The bed was squeaky, cobwebs in the ceiling and dust I was so unhappy I called and the receptionist was rude AF!! It was over all 0/10 my first time there!! "

"We are 4 adults so we got a room with 2 queen size beds. The room was clean but not very roomy. There was about 5 inches between the wall and the bed. Very difficult to get in and out of my side of the bed. The bathroom was clean. I loved the size of the bathroom. Loved the pool. It was warm and the area was well kept. The breakfast had a fairly large variety. The food was good. The staff was very attentive to our needs."
"The pool was so full of bleach it burned my eyes my daughters eyes her skin was full of rashes and she was coughing from inhaling it. We booked it for the pool and went in for 2 min and came right back out. Tons of construction going on that isn’t posted on website. The room was decent, beds were comfy, but the floor hadn’t been cleaned and the rugs not vacuumed. Staff was very kind, helpful and pleasant. "
"Parking was a challenge,as there was a sizeable snow storm pending the next 10 hours and electrical line workers were staying at the hotel staging in preparation of impending storm outages. We managed"
